Developed over 30 years of investing experience, NPV has developed a detailed system for performing Due diligence on potential acquisitions. This process includes physical and financial inspections. As this process has been developed and tested, we can perform the work on a timelier basis without sacrificing accuracy. A first year budget is completed utilizing our proprietary budgetary system which accounts for all aspects of Multi-Family operations. Market conditions are fully analyzed and projections are developed based on the detailed year I budget.
+ Property Management
Each property is assigned a Regional Manager, as well as an Asset Manager. Assigning both provides for a check and balance approach while operating the property. The Asset Manager acts as an extension of the owner evaluating overall strategy and Capital Improvement Management. The Regional Manager is the “boots on the ground” providing day to day direction to the on site staff. Utilizing our National buying programs properties can purchase products such as appliances and supplies at a discount. This enhances the returns of our investors.

+ Financial Reporting
NPV utilizes Yardi Voyager for property operation accounting, Yardi provides all the basic accounting reports along with detailed leasing activity reports. Our system is web based and can be accessed by owners from anywhere in the world! NPV offers flexibility in order to meet the different needs of our diverse owners.
