APPLICAT ON FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Applicant and any co-applicant must pay in total the Application Fee and Security Deposit snown below. The Application Fee is a non-refundable processing fee. If applicant and any co-applicants are not approved to enter into a lease for the type apartment requested and all information is true on the application, the security deposit will be refunded. If applicant and any co-applicants are approved but do not enter into a lease within 72 noi.rs from the time of application the security deposit will be forfeited as a liquidated damage for the landlord's loss of rent and a re-rental expense.
